You are cordially invited to Team V's public program for the exhibition 'On Water, Flow and Warped Time' on October 2. Team V has been inspired by the themes of the exhibition and has created a two-part program.
In the morning you are welcome to join a yoga session at Vleeshal from 9 to 10am. Yoga teacher Angelique Ykel has developed a special session based on water and the experience of time. Team V invites you to take a step back from the stress and challenges of our contemporary lifestyle and let the water slow down time!
During the evening you can participate in two different workshops from 7 to 9pm. With this program, Team V wants to draw attention to our imagination and the human urge to create with our hands; two aspects that are often overshadowed by consumerism and materialism.
Participation is free of charge. You can register for both events using the online form.
Series
Team V is a group of young, diverse, and creative individuals with a passion for contemporary art. Each member has been selected for their motivation to learn about curatorial processes. They are coached and consulted by the Vleeshal team and learn about all aspects of working in a professional art institution. During the coming year, Team V will get a unique chance to look behind the scenes during Vleeshal’s projects while creating public programs and connecting with the full team, the artists, experts and a wide range of audience members. The members are Janna Dieleman, Agathe Ernandès, Donna van Kuilenburg, Zenana Ojha, Lucy de Theije and Sam Wigglesworth.Â
The Team V program connects education with artistic programming. By letting them organize their own public program in relation to Vleeshal exhibitions, we create space for young voices.
